After having two babies, the owner of Wrekt, Maddison- found herself back in the gym- not just to train, but to rebuild her strength, her confidence, and her independence. Remembering those sessions where she felt completely wrecked… exhausted, pushed, but also proud. That feeling became something powerful. It wasn’t about being broken- it was about becoming stronger.
That’s where Wrekt Collective was born.
