Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
We currently offer:
- Exchanges
- Store Credit
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your original item and request an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrekt Collective will cover shipping costs for the replacement item
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed.
Important:
If your requested item is out of stock at the time of processing, a store credit will be issued instead.

Items sent back without following the return process will not be accepted.
Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for major faults.
Items deemed faulty within a reasonable timeframe (generally 30 days) may be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Hats
- Towels
- Gift Cards / Store Credit
- Clearance / Sale Items
Hygiene Policy (Activewear & Swimwear)
Where applicable:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Any hygiene liners must remain intact and unremoved
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is approved.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
Wrekt Collective is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged returns in transit
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
